All of our home braodband packages are optomised for XBOX Live! Services. The packages themselves have a 50:1 contention ratio as standard, with an upload speed of 256k and are subject to BT Survey.
Hardware: To use ADSL Broadband you must have an ADSL modem or router and a micro-filter needs to be put on each phone socket.
Activation fee: A BT activation fee is charged to convert your voice line into a broadband line for the first time.
Migration: If you already have an ADSL line you can now obtain a MAC code from your current ISP, allowing you to move to us without loss of service!

Standard Business broadband has a 20:1 contention ratio. We also offer 10:1, 5:1, 1:1 and leased lines. Not only that, but we can now offer Cisco bonded lines. These lines are bonded at each end to provide a true doubling in download and upload speed, thus making a 4mb bonded line potentially a much more viable alternative to a standard 4mb line. All lines are subject to BT Survey.

ADSL or SDSL?
ADSL offers fast downloads at an economical price, with 256k upload speeds.
SDSL is only available in some areas, but offers the same upload speed as download; making for great VPN office-to-office connections or Voice-Over-IP solutions such as Skype.
